Mold
Remediation

Mold growth can spread quickly after water intrusion or excess humidity. Our mold remediation services help identify affected areas, remove contamination, and improve indoor conditions for a healthier environment.

Water Damage Restoration

Water damage can result from leaks, plumbing issues, storms, or appliance failures. We help identify the source, assess the damage, and create a restoration plan to dry and protect your property.

Disinfection &
Sanitization

Our disinfection and sanitization services help reduce germs and surface contamination in homes and businesses. We treat affected areas with professional care to help create a cleaner, healthier indoor environment.

Insurance Claims and Coverage

Do most insurance policies
cover mold and water damage?

Coverage for mold and water damage depends on how an insurance policy is written. In many cases, property insurance policies include coverage for mold remediation and water damage restoration when the cause of loss is a covered event. At Suncoast Mold & Restoration, our experienced team works directly with property owners, managers, and insurance adjusters to ensure every claim is handled efficiently and correctly. We’re fully equipped and ready to assist you through the insurance claim process from start to finish.

Classes of

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I don’t write reviews very often but we are so thankful for Kevin and his team and wanted to share. We talked to several mold remediation companies and it became VERY clear that Kevin was the best choice. He took time to explain everything to us (many times) and answer our questions. He is honest, transparent and good at what he does. He went above and beyond on many occasions during the process and we could not be happier that we chose Air and Surface Disinfection.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I did my research on different remediation companies and met with a few of them including Kevin. I knew after meeting Kevin that I would be in good hands if I went with him and I am SO glad that I did. He is a wonderful communicator, and he is extremely knowledgeable with a ton of experience in the remediation world. The mold has been completely remediated, and my home is healthy again! I had a great experience working with Kevin and I would highly recommend. He goes over and above and is worth every penny!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Renner and Big Easy Restorations. This was a full home remediation of a 3,500 square foot home with mold in every exterior wall after Hurricane Ian. Kevin was beyond amazing throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions from the time he was hired until the rebuild was complete. While not the cheapest option, his work was worth every penny. His communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way.

If you don't want to chance a remediation team missing mold or not doing a thorough job, then Big Easy is the right choice. I've heard so many people go through mold nightmares, only to be back in the same place a year later because the remediator didn't do a thorough job. Kevin and his team would never let this happen.

Kevin’s staff was very respectful and even took the time to chat with our kids during their lunch breaks (when we were on the property.)

Kevin was extremely helpful in how they reverse-engineered taking everything apart to find the root cause of the mold. This was incredibly helpful for insurance purposes. The photos and professionalism were invaluable in our case with our public adjuster and insurance. I am so grateful we didn't go with the cheaper estimates. Peace of mind is priceless.

Kevin and his team handled a challenging situation with professionalism and expertise, making a stressful time much more manageable. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Kevin and Big Easy Restorations to anyone in need of top-quality remediation services.
